Mobile shredding is a service where we come to your location with our shredding truck and securely destroy your documents on-site. You get the convenience of document destruction without having to transport sensitive materials.

Mobile shredding provides added security because it allows you to witness the shredding process at your location, ensuring your sensitive documents are handled and destroyed immediately, without leaving your premises.

We can shred a wide range of materials, including paper documents, files, folders, staples, paper clips, and even hard drives. You will want to shred any media which stores your confidential and sensitive information, and especially those that are personally identifiable. These include financial records, legal documents, medical records, etc.

No to the paper clips and staples! Our giant commercial grade shredders can handle these. We however ask you to remove bulldog clips which can damage our shredder blades.

Our team will also remove any media that doesn't require shredding or which would be unacceptable for recycling ... binders, plastics, any remaining bulldog clips and the like.

Chili is our shred truck. We call her that because she's hot. She is custom built for shredding ... so her commercial shredder is outfitted right behind the driver cab and at the front of the box. 

The media is loaded into a 65 gals shred bin which is about the size of a large waist height garbage bin. That bin is then hydraulically lifted through a tunnel at the side of the truck and the contents of the bin are tipped into the shredder. The shredding is controlled via a control panel on the right side of the truck. A camera is also installed so that our clients can see the shredding when it's underway.

Then there's the technology. Our shred technology is not simply cross cut.  It’s “tear and pierce”, so the shreds are irregular and unevenly shaped, making it practically impossible to piece the media back together to extract information. 

And finally, our process. Comingling media with multiple customers prior to baling and securely recycling is an important part of our security process.  This approach to secure and responsible disposal also contributes to the protection of your information.  By the time the comingling takes place, your information becomes reasonably inaccessible and not reconstructible, which complies with the mandates by data protection regulation in the world.

ShredVAULTs are secure storage consoles which we provide (currently at no cost) for you to use in your offices, to safely store your documents between shred jobs. The storage consoles are about the size of a filing cabinet that comes to the height of your desk. These are tamper resistant and kept locked to prevent unauthorised access. The custody of the key remains with ShredWIZ.

We clear the consoles on a predetermined schedule based on a contracted arrangement, and securely shred the contents onsite for you.

We work with you to establish a servicing schedule that best works for you: whether it’s weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly.

All shredded paper is baled and shipped overseas for recycling, contributing to secure disposal and environmental sustainability.

We serve various locations throughout Jamaica. Most of our business however is around the Kingston and St. Andrew, but we have gone as far as Mandeville, Brown's Town and Hanover.
